The Lotus

There is a beautiful story hidden in the lotus flower.

The lotus begins its life deep beneath the surface of the water, rooted in the mud and darkness. It cannot see the sunlight above. It knows only the weight of the earth around it and the stillness of the water.

And yet, it grows.

Meet Sara

Though yoga has been a part of my life for several years, I began my teacher journey in 2018. Yoga was a way to bring calm into the chaotic world of motherhood. I earned my 200YTT in 2018 and my 500YTT in 2026.
